The specific scope of services for each client will be outlined in a separate service agreement or engagement letter. These Terms apply to all services provided by BCS Immigrate unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client of BCS Immigrate, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all forms, documents, and communications related to your application.
• Promptly inform us of any changes in your circumstances, contact information, or immigration status that may affect your application.
• Respond to our requests for information, documents, or instructions in a timely manner.
• Review all documents prepared on your behalf carefully before signing or submitting them.
• Pay all applicable fees for services rendered in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
• Comply with all Canadian laws and regulations applicable to your immigration process.
• Understand that final decisions on immigration applications rest solely with IRCC and other relevant government authorities.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, refusal of your application, or termination of our engagement. BCS Immigrate shall not be liable for any consequences arising from your failure to meet these responsibilities.

5. Our Obligations

BCS Immigrate agrees to:

• Provide professional immigration services with reasonable care, skill, and diligence.
• Maintain accurate records of your case and provide updates as reasonably requested.
• Keep your personal information confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Communicate with you in a timely and professional manner.
• Act in your best interests within the bounds of applicable laws and professional regulations.

6. Fees and Payments

Our service fees will be communicated to you during the initial consultation and confirmed in writing before any work begins. Fees are based on the complexity of your case and the specific services required.

Payment Terms:

• Fees may be paid via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as agreed in writing.
• Unless otherwise agreed, fees are payable in Canadian dollars (CAD).
• A deposit or retainer may be required before work commences.
• Government processing fees, third-party fees (such as language testing, educational credential assessment, or medical examination fees), and other disbursements are not included in our service fees unless expressly stated.

7. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• If we determine, after initial assessment, that we cannot assist with your case, any fees paid will be refunded in full.
• If you cancel our services before we begin substantive work on your case, a full refund minus an administrative fee will be provided.
• Once substantial work has been performed on your case, fees are generally non-refundable. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
• Government processing fees paid to IRCC or other authorities are non-refundable as they are set and administered by the respective government body.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that:

• The information on our website is complete, accurate, or current at all times.
• Your application will be approved by immigration authorities.
• Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Immigration laws, policies, and procedures are subject to change without notice. BCS Immigrate makes reasonable efforts to stay current with such changes but cannot be held responsible for changes that occur after the submission of your application.

9. Limitation of Liability
